Coming by train, it’s only about a 40-minute walk from Simon’s Town Station to the Boulders Visitors Centre. Follow the main road for most of the way until you reach a signed turnoff down Seaforth Road. From there, you can’t go wrong!

Top Tips
Bring swimwear along as this is a very calm (and beautiful) spot to take a cold and refreshing swim! It’s also popular, so consider coming early.
Don’t expect to see too many penguins on this beach, not when compared with Foxy Beach which is included in the same ticket next door. You can however expect to find lots of families and children enjoying the waters.
If you get peckish, Cafe Penguino is not far away at all.
Watch out for the hyraxes (rock rabbits) that live in the bushes nearby.
