"I have to make a serious complain about this agency as far as trasporti booking is concerned. They are not professional at all. 2 days ago i booked a minivan to Vientiane for today (18 feb) departure at 8 am, thru the above mentioned agency, with a young lady working there and paid 50000 kips. It is a long story.....to make it short...only at 10am, after paying another 50000 kips at the minivan station i could go off to Vientiane. This agency had no respect for my time and money, i will make complains not only with you but also with all the media i know, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Lonely Planet, Le guide du Routard, avventure nel mondo, all the agencies i know and there are many, newspapers and socials."
