There are a couple of bars at this level, although the only toilet is a portaloo that you’ll have to pay GEL1 to use.
As this is a chairlift, you’ll need to have your skis already on before boarding. If you’re a beginner, remember to pull down the safety bar once onboard and rest your skis on the footrests for comfort. This chair lift is slightly bigger than , and the queues aren’t as long here either.
Be warned that intermittent power cuts can leave you suspended in mid air along this journey, although such powercuts are less frequent here than at . The queues can also be quite long, especially just after the park has opened.
One ride costs about GEL10, but if you’re thinking of taking a few journeys then the day pass for around GEL30 - 40 is probably the best value.

            Top Tips

There is only one funicular that runs up and down this section of the mountain, and there’s no obvious path to walk instead either. You may have to wait some time for the next car, so be patient. It’s also not unheard of for a group to request a private trip, making your wait in the cold and snow that bit longer.
Be warned that intermittent power cuts can leave you stuck at the top of the mountain, where it’s bitterly cold. Come prepared, and bring a camera for the excellent views. Also, if there’s a power-cut while you’re in the funicular, expect the vehicle to lurch aggressively forwards.
One ride costs about GEL7, but if you’re thinking of taking a few journeys then the day pass for around GEL30 is probably the best value.
It only costs one ride to go up this ski lift; it doesn’t cost you anything to go down.

                Top Tips

This is the type of ski lift where you must position yourself in front of the lift as it approaches behind you, sit down, and then pull the safety bar down. There is also an optional safety screen that you can pull down too which offers additional wind and UV protection.
Be warned that intermittent power cuts can leave you suspended in mid air along this journey. It’s also worth noting that it is not allowed to wear back packes on your back, so put them on your front before entering.
One ride costs about GEL7, but if you’re thinking of taking a few journeys then the day pass for around GEL30 is probably the best value.
It only costs one ride to go up this ski lift; it doesn’t cost you anything to go down.

There are four lines to get onto this cable car. The queue to the farthest left (the last to get on) seems to often be the shortest – and one of the quickest too.
Be warned that intermittent power cuts can leave you suspended in mid air along this journey. It’s also worth noting that the ground just before the entrance to this ski lift can get very icy and slippery.
