It is possible to buy a ‘through’ ticket which allows access to this (with ) and also the family mansion and cemetery for around CNY130.
If you want to see everything, this is a relatively big site so allow an hour or so to wander.

Top Descriptions

Zhanshan Temple was reportedly built in 1945 and has been an active place of worship since. If you have visited a few Chinese temples before, there may not be anything too new to see here. Nevertheless, it does have a number of sites. There are a few Halls (each featuring different gilded statues), a drum tower, a bell tower, and a pagoda. Also, given its location next to and facing the sea, it’s a scenic enough spot.

Top Tips

There are quite a few sites on offer here, so do allow yourself a couple days at least to do the place justice.
As with most places of interest in the country, do expect it to get very busy during national holidays.
If you come here in winter, then smog from the locals burning coal adds an authentic (although somewhat hazardous) quality to the air.
It is possible to pay individual ticket prices for the sites around the city, or buy a combo ticket to include several. Check at a tourist information booth for the latest prices and deals.
